The ultimate protection in surgical gowns provides an exceptional combination of

The surgical barrier fabric is comprised of a proprietary membrane laminated
between two layers of polyester material to deliver a high level of protection and
breathability.

The main features: waterproof, anti-fouling, anti-penetration, air permeability, resistance
to bacteria, anti-static, low linting, and can be washed 100 times.
A Hydrostatic pressure parameter is 701cm//H2O, which determines the effect of resistance
to bacteria.Currently, the coating or similar products can only reach 30cm/H2O.
B Resistance to bacteria function : the ISO 13795 standard is <300, our products can
reach <1 in the resistance of bacteria, and Shandong province's disease control detection
eport is 0 bacteria penetration.
C The tensile and bursting strength is five times more than the SMS product, which makes
our gown more durable, and wash time up to 100 times.The highest protection grade of
non-woven SMS disposable gown cost is about USD 3, the cost of cotton + SMS is around
USD 2, and the cost of our single use is around 0.4USD.
D Anti-static: our new research and development of the fourth generation product added
conductive wire, because of the poor anti-static ability of polyester fabric.The operation
room has the anti-static requirements, our gown completely meet the GB12014-2009
standard.Because this function is not tested in ISO 13795, there is no corresponding
international standard.
E Air permeability: 7800g/m2d, this parameter determines the air permeability and wear
comfortable.Surgery in the operating room temperature at 20-25 degrees , indoor temperature
is very high, good air permeability gown won't cause the doctor cannot exhaust heat and
physical discomfort because a long time surgery. The non-woven disposable fabric no air
permeability function. Although the cotton fabric good in this function but it can't blocking
bacteria.
F Low linting, the operating room run in air conditioning environment, non-woven fabric
and cotton fabric will fallen which will block vents, every hospital in the cost of the clean
air vents are also high, our products are greatly reduced the cost of this aspect.
G Environmental protection: since the gown is reusable, the disposable product will cause
a large amount of medical waste , and the treatment method is burned.Therefore, our
products can fully satisfied the environmental requirements of developed countries,
and it also saves the cost of burning.
H sterilization method: steam sterilization or high temperature and high pressure sterilization.
