Ginger in syrup has light golden color,a typical ginger aroma and a pleasant sweet ginger flavour.This ginger is used in jams,sauces,marinades,baking of cakes and biscuits,but it is also widely used in bottling which used to be the most common form of preservation for a long time.Ginger syrup contains the aroma and pleasant sweet ginger flavour.As syrup was used to stabilize the finished product in the first instance,this is of great benefit in many applications as it will allow the ginger flavour to be present through-out the finished product.

Storage:   Cool and dry with a temperature range of 15-25ºC(59-77ºF) with a relative humidity of 40-50%. Store away from heat sources,including sunlight, and contaminating odours. 

 

Shelf Life:  Unopened product that has been handled and stored in the
 recommended fashion has a three years shelf life.Opened product can be stored in its original packaging
 ,under refrigeration for the remainder of its shelf life.
