Epdm is a rubber that is polymerized by ethylene and propylene through solution, and then the third monomer (ENB) is introduced.Epdm is basically a kind of saturated high polymer, good aging resistance, good weather resistance, excellent electrical insulation, good chemical resistance and good impact elasticity.

Production line:

1. Preparation before launch.

1.1 apply grease to the place where lubrication is needed, check the oil level, and make up the maximum and minimum of the oil level if necessary.

1.2 open the valve of the compressed air and check whether the pipe is leaking.Check the water level of the tank, add water to 2/3 of the tank volume, start the pump, and check whether the water pressure value is between 0.3-0.4Mpa.

1.3 cleaning bin and hopper, adding raw materials, raw materials should meet at least 1 hour of production.

1.4 start the cutting machine to check whether the rotation direction of the cutter is correct.

2. Start

2.1 the heating process is carried out in three stages, and the interval is about 15min between each stage.When the operating temperature is reached, it is necessary to tighten the heater connection screw again.

2.2 according to the requirements of the process, the temperature of each region shall be set. After the temperature in each region reaches the set value, the temperature shall remain constant for 50 minutes, and the temperature control meter and solenoid valve shall be checked for normal.

2.3 open the lubricating oil valve to further confirm that there is no oil leak and open the water cooler switch of the lubricating oil.

2.4 set the main engine speed, start the main motor and gradually increase under the condition of idling, keep the rotating speed of 20rpm for about 1 minute, and check whether the idle current of the main engine is stable.

2.5 low speed start feeding motor and start feeding.When the material is extruded from the head, accelerate the screw speed and gradually speed up the feeding speed to match the speed of the main engine, increasing no more than 50rpm each time.

2.6 when the equipment is stable for a certain period of time, the valve opening of the regulating cylinder is at its best.

2.7 the vacuum system is opened after stable operation of the extruder.
