This equipment is a special machine for wear resistant ball post-treatment. Collision friction between the casting balls separates the balls and riser and polish the surface of the balls so that to realize the mechanisation of separation process and grinding process. It improves  casting balls’ productivity and optimizes products quality. Compared with manual labor, work efficiency is improved by 5 times, greatly reduce the labor intensity and production costs. 

The shape of this separator is hexahedron. In the roller, there is scale board, adopted motor to drive .the motor is fixed on the frame vertically .you can  adjust bolt to adjust the place of the motor ,so that to adjust the elasticity of the v-belt . On the one side of the roller, there is a feeder and on the lower side ,there is a skew broad ,which is easy for person to bagging
