The control unit of the fuel cell power generation system is the core of the whole experimental device. By controlling the temperature of the fuel cell reactor, the pressure of hydrogen, the air volume and the exhaust emission, the heat management and water management of the fuel cell power generation system are realized. For different loads, the stack characteristics under constant current, constant voltage, constant power and constant resistance can be studied and the corresponding characteristic curves can be drawn.
By adjusting and optimizing the control variables, the optimal operation conditions are determined and the optimal output performance of the system is obtained. For different types of electric reactors, the performance of the stack is evaluated by comparing the characteristic curves of the stack.
