 The 2-shed and 3-shed Polyester plain Mesh/Plain woven Belt/Linear screen Cloth is mainly used in special lines of paper making industry, such as paper pulps making, packing and liner cardboard making, Non-woven fabrics making etc.Also could be used in high density board making, food drying, sludge dehydration equipments, concentrate and other filtration industries.

4. Working temperature:+150°C to -75°C in dry conditions.70°C+ in wet conditions(polyester can suffer from hydrolysis in hot,humid conditions,typically in the presence of steam)
5. Excellent chemical,thermal and high permeability for ease of cleaning
6. The nature of polyester belting is such that it offers a very durable long lasting media for extended life
7. Strong polyester fibers provide excellent stability.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity for defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
