  The Bag-Well series filter bags are widely used and can meet many different operating conditions. There are hot melt and needle seam types in different processing of welding; there are steel rings and plastic rings in different form of filter bag ring; The filter bags can be divided into Industry and Food & Life usage; There are nominal rating and absolute rating filter bags. There are single layer filter bag and multi-layer filter bags in different material layers. As well the filter bag can be divided into three types: polypropylene, polyester and nylon monofilament. Different filter bags selection for different requirements.
 
Characteristics
 
l A wide range of viscosity, water like low viscosity liquids and high viscosity liquids.
l Wide range of temperature, high up to 260 ℃.
l Single layer long-life filter bag, WPXL, WPEXL, and WNMO series filter bags, it is suitable for most of applications, service life is about two times of regular filter bags, the retention is in a range of 1 micron and 200 micron.
l WLCR20 series filter bags have three layers, especially it has one oil absorb layer in the middle, very suitable for the coating filtration to remove the particles and oil in the liquid. WLCR-23, is with 99% filtration efficiency to remove bigger than 3 um particles.
l The filter bags comply with the regulations of FDA, the sample can be tested and submit test reports as well.
