Main Process of Board Laminating Machine are gluing, pasting, pre-pressing, forming.The
bottom paper is manually glued evenly through the glue spreader (the glue
volume can be adjusted), and transferred by high speed variable conveyor belt to
the pasting point accurately via the track (the track can be adjusted), the surface
paper is also manually feed to the pasting point by manual. Under the action
of photocell, it can be automatically pasted (auto or manual mode can be selected),
and pre-pressed by the pre-pressing roller (the pressure adjustable), then
formed by the forming device, finally finish and take out the laminated paper
board.
