Main mixing tower:

The main tower is erected by container-type/containerized section,which is compoised of screening layer, hot aggregate storage layer, cone silo for hot aggregate,mixing layer, trolley(to collect asphalt product and send to finished product silo) layer, ready product layer and ready product cone layer, which is easy for transportation and installation.

Dust collecting system:

The dust collecting system adopt two-step duct collecting, the first step: gravity type, and the second: bag type. Cold air valve is equipped, and temperature sensor is set, with auto control function and secondary protection device(against high temp. and super high temp), which means---aotu open mixer selector valve for temp. adjustment at high temp., timing control the burner against super temperature, to protect bag.

Electrical control system:

The electrical control system is mainly using schneider electric parts, and in the whole control room, 98% of electrical components are originally imported to ensure best quality and durability,Mitsubishi PLC could realize full auto, semi-auto and manual control; printing is equipped, Industrial Personal Computer is installed fully English and Chinese language, also, other language for controlling is available, dynamic process monitoring simultaneously reflects working process by Dynamic Virtual Video, it has the function of recipe input, recipe storage, time adjustment,fly spatter amendment, Self-Test Diagnostics, failure,  warning, interlock protection and production data storage, random and free search,query and print.
