Property:As a kind of modified product.FG-901 series already successful beenused in ceramic market well.Usually FG-901 can acheive the same performancecompare traditional STD zirconium silicate by 100-110% dosage but price is just 50% value.This is huge cost save for all customers which request zirconium silicate in ceramic industry.

Function:First is opacified whitening--,this is regularly applications in wall tile and floor tile.The second is the main crystal phase of the pigment.The second is related to the pigment, specially in three color, red, yellow are zirconium silicate as the carrier, so the stability of these color is better.
The higher the zirconium content, the higher the price.The smaller the zirconium content, and smaller the size of the D50 , the price will rise continuously.
In addition, experimental showed that if the content of zirconium silicate was less than 4% in tile, there was basically no added white.Table-ware and sanitary ware mainly used for high temperature opacified glaze, and its contents were 8-12% and 8-14% respectively.The inner wall tiles mainly been used in Engobe, which are respectively 4-10% and 10-12% The early porcelain polishing brick was used in super white brick, with a content of 3-5%, more than 3-5%, with obvious increase in internal irradiation and external irradiation.The areas related to color are more than 50 percent.
Remark:By experience out of 14% dosage in glaze is waste.
