Types and structures Baseplate: the company generally adopts 1000-series pure aluminum plates, or 3000-series alumal plate or 5000-series aluminum magnesium plates as per customer demands. Thickness of aluminum plates is usually determined according to wind pressure in different areas, storey height and plate width, the commonly used thickness include 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm and 4.0mm, the maximum width can reach 1900mm, and the length is not restricted. Coat: mainly adopt fluorocarbon resin coating, polyurethane resin coating and powder coatings. Jingnuo mainly adopts PPG, Akzo or Nippon fluorocarbon resin coating or powder coating, or coating of the other brands as per customer demands. Structure: mainly made of machine-shaping (cutting, carving, pressing, welding and polishing, etc.) aluminum plates, U-type aluminum reinforcing rip, hangers (indices) and other parts, of which the reinforcing rip and hanger can be connected with the board by through or welded bolts and screws, the former can be used to increase stiffness of the board and the latter can be used for installation to connect the metope keel. |
