Working principle and structure of mine vibrating screen:
The heavy-duty vibrating screen is driven by a vibration motor or an ordinary motor or a self vibration source, which makes the sieves oscillate periodically in the direction of the exciting force, and the material is moving in a linear direction on the screen to achieve the purpose of screening. The ZSG series high efficiency heavy duty screen consists of excitation device, screen box, dustproof hood, hopper, damping device and base. The exciting force produced by the exciter is transmitted to the sieve surface in the sieve box when the exciter is working, and the excitation force produced by the exciter is the longitudinal force, forcing the sieve box to drive the screen surface as the longitudinal front and back displacement. Under certain conditions, the material on the screen surface is thrown forward by the excitation force and is less than that of the screen. The material in the sieve hole is sifting and falling to the lower layer. The movement of the material on the screen surface is parabolic movement. As the material moves from the end to the sieve box, the material quickly advances, looses and sieves, and completes the screening operation.
