Nitrogen used in tire inflation

According to the statistics from world concerned organization, 46% high speed car driving accident was caused by tire problems; over-inflation takes its 70% . Nitrogen filling tires will make correct inflation which will highly reduce the over-inflation accidents. It was already been used in developed countries 20 years ago for extending the tires life and performance. Almost all the tires of airplanes, formula cars, racing cars, saloon cars, heavy duty trucks and small vehicles were inflated with nitrogen to maintain the high speed and high duty transportation.

Operation

1. Connect the inflating hose one side to the machine and another side to the tire.

2. Press MODE key to select required mode

1) STD Mode (standard mode) this mode the operator just need set the required

pressure, then press start key, the unit will inflating and automatic stop and warning

with two kinds of flashing background while finished

2) MAN Mode (Manual Mode) this mode is designed to operate the machine manually.

Setup manually to do inflation.

The machine will complete all the procedure automatically and remind you inflation has been finished by a beep alarm. Then you can take away the hose-reel to serve another tire and the beep will stop. For inflating N2 to other tires of a same car, there is no need to set the vacuum time and tire pressure again because the board has memory function, just directly clamp the hose-reel on the tire one by one, the machine will repeat the procedure automatically.
