This series heat pump can work in very low climate area down to -30℃. The heat pump is equipped with EVI compressor and high efficiency in low temperature conditions, its heating performance is higher by 50%-80% than normal heat pump. It is widely used in cold area and even work well at -30℃, can be matched with fan coil, floor radiator heating, it is suitable for villa, hotel, office, etc.

FAQ

Q: How does air source heat pumps work?
A: An air source heat pump absorbs heat from the surrounding air in the same way that a fridge exchanges heat from its inside. It can absorb heat from the air even when the outside temp. is as low as -30° C.

Q: How long is the warranty period of the products?
A: Eighteen months for hot water heat pump, one year for high temp. dryer and high temp. water heater.

Q: How noisy are heat pumps?
A: Heat pumps are generally very quiet, noise levels equivalent to that of a fridge. Since the pump is outside it is very rare that this is noticed in the house at all.

Q: How long is the product lifespan?
A: In general, with proper maintenance, its lifespan can last up to more than 15 years.
