We are one of the leading EPP molding& manufacturing company in China. We specialize in EPP and EPS products molding and manufacturing, and we mainly manufacture EPP automotive parts, EPP/EPS helmet& accessories, high-end anti-static packaging material, etc.
Our plant is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong province, China. We have been in EPP molding and manufacturing industry for ten years, and we are very experienced and have a strong capacity, and that's why we have been able to establish partnerships with several famous companies worldwide, such as HUAWEI, LG, Tesla, etc. In fact, we supply the hand throwing glider to the agents of 1/2 provinces in China and we manufacture 80% of FMS model, which makes us the biggest contractor of FMS Model. We have 18 shape molding machines which are fully functioning, that means we have a very very strong capacity that thousands of pieces of products could be produced in one day and deliver tens of thousands of certain products is just a piece of cake, so no order is too big for us. While we have a strong capacity, still we have a strict standard for quality control, for we can not have the flawed products delivered to our customers, and that's a guarantee.

We are capable of developing any kind of CNC aluminum molds. We have tons of aluminum molds laying in our plant which we built for our clients for their designs. A:Yes , we are a factory specialized at EPP EPO and E-TPU foam molding ,and we can also manufacture some EPS foam helmet part .For customized design products ,pls provide us the following information :

1.the 3D drawing of your design(or samples and 2D drawing)
2.The foam you need (EPP,EPO,E-TPU or EPS ?)
3.The color and density of foam you need .(if you do not make sure ,then pls tell us the application of your products,we can give your s estions )
