PMPF was established its name in the year 2010 and the factory is located in Chashan Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, which covering a floor area of 15,000 square meters. With the factory be more and more stronger and the facility be improved to almost perfect, so we would like to improve our sales team and create a HK office to specialize in expand our sales global and promote our brand .

The PMPF products are widely used in an expanse of industries – from packaging solutions to automotive components, hobby models to foods, sports to engineering. The company is engaged in mould design, product research & development, special packaging material application and development. we are committing to the leadership of market trends, innovation and development and taking an active role in new eco-friendly high-end material's application of EPP,EPS,EPO.

We are very experienced and have a strong capacity, and that's why we have been able to establish partnerships with several famous companies worldwide, such as HUAWEI, LG, Tesla, etc

We have 18 shape molding machines which are fully functioning, that means we have a very very strong capacity that thousands of pieces of products could be produced in one day and deliver tens of thousands of certain products is just a piece of cake, so no order is too big for us. While we have a strong capacity, still we have a strict standard for quality control, for we can not have the flawed products delivered to our customers, and that's a guarantee.

We are capable of developing any kind of CNC aluminum molds. We have tons of aluminum molds laying in our plant which we built for our clients for their designs. If you have any design and base upon which you want us to build a mold so that we could make your design become reality, we are here to help you make your idea come true.

A:We are a factory professional at EPP EPO E-TPU and EPS foam for more than 8 years .

Q:Can you manufacture *** foam part for us ?
A:Yes , we are a factory specialized at EPP EPO and E-TPU foam molding ,and we can also manufacture some EPS foam helmet part .For customized design products ,pls provide us the following information :

1.the 3D drawing of your design(or samples and 2D drawing)
2.The foam you need (EPP,EPO,E-TPU or EPS ?)
3.The color and density of foam you need .(if you do not make sure ,then pls tell us the application of your products,we can give your s estions )
