Spot welding with the base channel steel is firm.

2. Confirm that there is no severe vibration at the installation location of the GCS low-voltage withdrawable Outdoor switchgear. Reserve the maintenance access during installation; make sure that there is enough safety distance from the wall.

3. Confirm that the ambient temperature is between -5 °C and 40 °C, the relative humidity is not more than 90% at normal temperature, and there is no condensation; if the ambient temperature and humidity exceed this requirement, a specially designed switch control cabinet is required. Or take certain measures before you can use it.

4, the power supply voltage for Outdoor Switchgear is between -10% - +10%

Check whether each bolt is loose or colliding; whether the mechanical interlock is manually tested is reliable and accurate;

Check whether the setting current of the switch, the scale of the meter, the power distribution and polarity of the transformer meet the requirements of the site;

Drawers or draw-out mechanisms should be flexible, lightweight and free of jams; drawers of the same size should be interchangeable.

Mechanical interlocks or electrical interlocks should be correct and reliable. Blocking or lifting should be reliable.

The cabinet controls the power supply to power on, and tests whether the control loops are working properly and whether the meter display is correct. Use test power to send electricity, electric points, to see if the action is accurate or not.

1. For the damage of the cabinet caused by transportation problems, the customer can be held responsible for the transportation company.

2. Damage to the cabinet caused by irresistible force. In the event of serious natural disasters or geological disasters, etc., damage to the components in the cabinet or cabinet caused by irresistible manpower, we will not bear any legal responsibility.

3. We will pay for the maintenance of the control cabinet produced by us for the rest of our life. The main components are 18 months warranty, and the damage caused by non-human factors within 18 months will be replaced free of charge.

Damage to components caused by abnormal use or human causes is not included in this free list.

If the damage is more than 18 months, the customer will be required to pay for the replacement of the components. We will charge a certain amount of labor service fee. Such as travel expenses. If the customer needs a certain spare part, please contact us, we promise to provide to the customer at the lowest price.

4. When the customer asks for fault maintenance, it is necessary to provide the description of the number, model, purchase date and fault phenomenon of the control cabinet to facilitate our after-sales service. After receiving the after-sales service request, we will arrange the after-sales service personnel to provide telephone guidance as soon as possible. Or on-site service.

Telephone guidance can be solved without going to the on-site service. Telephone guidance can not solve the problem. In principle, we will arrange relevant personnel to go to the site for service within 1-3 days.
