Caramel powder is obtained by spray drying carefully selected mixture of vegetable oil, milk powder, whey proteins, sugar, caramel and toffee aroma. Owing to specific flavour properties caramel powder is used in the manufacture of: creams, desserts and in bakery and confrctionery industries.
