Our brand name is Ce-Ta Flex. We produce insulated flexible copper bars, braided flexible copper bars, press welded copper sheet bars. Our product can be used in low, middle and high electric conduction panels.

FLEXIBLE RIVITED BARS

There is a special welding method using in the manufacturing. Dut to this technology flexible press welded bars have high resistance to the deformation and keep their strength. The bars, especially made in U or S shape, can easily carry two-way movements in the machines.

To achieve sufficient cross-section, copper sheets with thicknesses varying between 0.10 mm and 0.30 mm with variations of the Cu-HCP Coils (from the foil to the foil) must be welded together under the press. To obtain the desired contact area tips are welding without using any additional material.

This special welding process is carrying out under high pressure and temperature.
Using connection with flexible elements in the places with high voltage allows to reach maximum reduction of the losses during transmission which are caused by resistance.
The contact areas can be coated with tin or silver if the customer wishes.
