Introduction of zircon brick:

Zircon brick is made of ZrO2 and zirconium corundum clinker as materials. It is produced by mixing, molding, drying and sintering at high temperature in shuttle kiln.

Features of zircon brick:

1. Dense crystal structure.

2. High bulk density.

3. High mechanical strength at normal and high temperature.

4. Good thermal shock resistance.

5. Low creep and low permanent liner change rate.

6. High performance of chemical stability and alkaline medium erosion resistance.

Application of zircon brick:
