Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is within 2-5 working days if the goods are in stock. Or it is within 5-7 working days if the

goods are out of stock, and it depends on quantity; and 10-15 working days for customized products.

Q: Do you provide samples? 
A: Yes, the sample can be offered. please contact the salesperson by informing the part number and your

requirements, then we will send the sample by such DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc after your sample order confirmed.

Q: How to ship goods to us?
A: we can send goods by DHL/FedEx/TNT/UPS/ARAMEX/SEA, and door to door;
Eg: 3-5 working days arrive in USA/Canada/England/Germany/Japan/Korea/Singapore by DHL/FedEx. 

Q: We need my own package and Brand. can you offer the service?
A: yes, we can offer OEM/ODM service for your brand or your design. but we will require an MOQ for different models.

Q: What after-sales service do you offer?
A: Each printer will have 12months warranty. Free components will be offered for repair in warranty period if any issue

caused by non-artificial damages.we will offer technical supports or helps in your daily use for the lifetime and offer lastest 
software for your updating.
