This series JPMX-303DM manual Busbar fabrication machine for Equipment has three units:punching, shearing and bending. It is easily to adjust each unit to shorten the processing time and improve the production efficiency. It is used to process copper and aluminum busbars in different specification.

 

Details of Each Working Units:

Function: 

 1.  Bending at vertical and horizontal direction.

 2.  Punching for round and oblong hole.

 3.  Cutting busbar.

 4.  Special for embossing, knurling, twisting, cable joints pressing.

Features:

1. Punching station: Turret punch unit installed with 6 punching dies, no need to change punching dies frequently, save time, reduce die change error, longthen the lifetime of punching dies.

2. Cutting station: The shearing unit uses sharp shearing,the incision interface is flat, no droop ,,burrs and waste,the sharp is beautiful sharp!

3. Bending station: a.The bending unit uses a double-decker working table ,which can make sure that three working positions can do their operations at the same time without bothering the others.

b.By changing different mole it can do flat bending and vertical bending .

C.An imported PLC control system makes it is easy to bend.

4.The machine has 4 casters so it is easy to be moved everywhere!
