Brief Description

There is a very simple way to bring color and life into a garment just by getting a print on it. These days garment printing has become very simple and less time consuming. You can get any picture of your choice printed on the garment.

There are mainly two techniques that are used for t-shirt printing. One is screen printing and the other is digital printing. The method of screen printing dates back many thousand years and has not advanced much over the years.

The latest technology in this field is digital garment printing it can also be called direct to garment printing. This technique uses a t shirt printing machine, which is a modified version of inkjet printer which directly prints the image on to the garment.

This method is useful in making custom made garments. As the time required to print is less therefore the customer can choose a design and it can be printed directly on the garment without making the customer wait for a long time.

The one complaint that a customer has when buying heat transfer printed garments is that the print feels like a kind of patch, that is not one with the garment. There is no such complaint in this technique of printing as the design is printed on to the fabric and it feels same as the fabric.

It is the latest technology and is therefore a bit expensive than the traditional methods of printing. The garment printers, or t shirt printing machines, are not that expensive but the ink cartridges are more expensive than screen printing ink.
