Soybean oil is also called soybean oil. As its name implies, it is processed by squeezing soybeans. Mainly produced in Northeast China, East China and the central and southern regions. Compared with other oil raw materials, soybean oil content is low, only 16%. In order to achieve the maximum benefit, most of the oil in soybean is obtained by leaching method in the process of squeezing soybean. So most of the soy oil that can be seen in the market is refined oil produced by the leaching process. Because soybean raw material market is full of different kinds of genetically modified soybeans, we can select soybean oil by carefully reading the label to find out whether the genetically modified soybean is used in the raw material, and then make a more reasonable choice.
