Stampings (also known as pressing) is the process of placing flat sheet metal in either blank or coil form into a stamping press where a tool and die surface forms the metal into a net shape. The process of metal stamping is usually carried out on sheet metal, but can also be used on other materials, such as polystyrene.
We do work with a wide variety of  materials  and thicknesses. We have the equipment to handle most of your metal stampings needs. Our punch press capacity ranges from 5 tons to 50 tons. With our automated feeds, power material reels, pilot release systems, brake presses, small punch presses, air presses, shears, and fixtures we can perform many operations in house. We make in-house tools and dies to control the quality of your design specifications.
