1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a professional factory manufacturer with 15 years more experience. All of our products are produced by colorless, odorless and non-toxic natural food-grade raw materials, safe and eco-friendly.

2. Do you have any certifications for your products?
Our products are in process of innovation according to our clients. Besides, most of our products have passed FDA, MSDA, CE, ROHS, FCC, CPSC, LFGB, CPSIA certifications. Nearly 30 Patents Passed. What's more, we have our own molds and package, we can promise their eco-friendly.

3. How about the leading time?
Samples sent out within 48 hours, mass production will be ready within 25 days.

4. How to proceed an order?
Firstly let us know your requirements or applications. Secondly, we quote you cost according to your needs or our s estions. Thirdly, clients confirm the samples and pay deposit for the order. Then we will arrange the bulk production.

5. Is it okay to print my logo on the products and package?
Yes, plz confirm the design firstly based on our sample and inform us formally before bulk production.

6. How do you guaranty your quality?
Our products are produced under strict quality control system. During the production, the mold, refine, forming, spraying, and silk printing, every process will be passed by the professional and experienced QC team, then next process. Before packing, we will test them one by one, to ensure the defects rate will be less than 0.2%.

7. How to deal with the defects?
During the guarantee period, we will send you new products with new orders for small quantity. As the defective batch products, we will free change new ones for you or we can discuss the solution including recall based on the problems.

8. What is your terms of payments?
Alibaba trade assurance, any trade problems, alibaba will gurantee your money and compensate all of your loss. T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% balance before the delivery. we will show you the photoes of the products and the packages before you pay the balance. Paypal payment for samples.
