U2 U3 Grade Stud Link Anchor Chain Mooring Swivel

Anchor Chain Mooring Swivels are used to connect stud link anchor chain assemblies, such as stud/studless anchor chain, swivel forerunner, kenters, pear links, etc,for connecting the stud link anchor chain to an anchor or in a navigation buoy mooring bridle system. 
Chain diameter range: 12mm – 60mm, generally available in black coating,  hot dip galvanized finish is also available, and other requirements or customized size is available.

Processing: two types, one is forging, another one is casting

Material: U2 grade, U3 grade

Finish:painting or hot dip galvanized

Color: red, black, blue, grey,etc

A common way to connect stud link chain to the anchor is by  a swivel assembly allowing the anchor to rotate without twisting the chain itself. The most popular means being the swivel forerunner assembly. This is generally made up from the following components:

The material and heat treatment should be the same as that of the stud link anchor chain that they are fitted to,equal to use with each other.Certificate of  L.R.S; B.V; A.B.S.CS,etc is available.
