Application

MPES-01 is a black polyethylene granule with high molecular weight, linear and medium density, mainly used to make PE outer sheath material for optical fiber cable.

Manufacturability

MPES-01 this product can use ordinary PE extrusion molding machine, screw length to diameter ratio L/D More than or equal to 20, take φ60 machine as an example, this screen printing plate s estion placed three layers of filter screen for 80 mesh / 120 mesh, 80 mesh, the melt temperature advice below 200 ℃, It is best to make the surface smooth and without stomata.
