Volumetric twin screw feeder

The twin screw feeder is widely used in all kinds of particle power, including the powder and broken sheet material with poor fluidity.  All the parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel, and the design is simple and easy to clean up and replace the parts.  Horizontal mixing is used to improve the flow of material to the screw propulsion part, and make the cutting more smoothly. Vertical mixing is applied to materials with poor fluidity and easy to bridge.

The feed screw is selected according to the material characteristics. The following table is the experience value of the feeding range. For the two ends of the feed range, it is recommended that after testing, choose the suitable screw.
