 Built-in smart IC, multiple protection

1) Short circuit protection: When the battery is short-circuited under abnormal conditions, the battery automatically turns off the output;

2) Overheat protection: When the battery temperature reaches the set safe temperature, the battery automatically adjusts the output to achieve the purpose of lowering the temperature;

3) Over-power protection: When the battery output power is too large beyond the battery load, the battery automatically reduces the output power;

4) Overcharge protection: When the battery is fully charged, the designed voltage is reached, and the battery IC automatically turns off the input;

5) Over-discharge protection: When the battery discharge reaches the set voltage, the battery IC automatically turns off the output to prevent the battery from being over-discharged and causing the voltage to be too low to affect the life of the battery;

6) Overcurrent protection: When the battery abnormality causes the current output to be greater than the set value, the battery automatically turns off the output;

7) Overvoltage protection: When the battery voltage is higher than the normal set voltage, the battery IC automatically cuts off the line, and when the voltage returns to normal, the protector is automatically turned on;

8) Battery intelligent protection: The battery has its own protection valve. When the internal temperature of the battery is abnormal, the pressure is abnormal, and the protection valve is automatically opened to ensure safety.

The heating time of a lithium battery depends on the capacity of the battery and the heating power of the load. If need to prolong the heaed time, we can do these 1).Reduce the power of the heater,2). Choose more higher capacity of the batteries,3),Lower the output temperature.

Use and storage:

1).The storage temperature of the lithium battery should between -20-55 °C; avoid putting the battery into the fire or water, it wil causes damage to the battery.

2).Lithium batteries are not used for a long time, need to be recharged every 3 months, should be stored in a cool and dry place, in half electricity.The electrical state (70--80% of full charge) is better.
