1、    Description

KC-E series is a thermally conductive, liquid gap filling material. It is supplied as a two component, room or elevated temperature curing system. Once cured, gap filler KC-E provides a soft, thermally conductive, form-in-place elastomer that is ideal for fragile assemblies and filling unique and intricate air voids and gaps. It exhibits lower contact thermal resistance and meets the requirements of low stress and high compression modulus, when assembled with electronic products. The material can be used to replace grease or potting compounds and is used in power supply, telecom, digital, and automotive applications.
