Mixed oil vacuum evaporation process: The liquid flowing out of oil extractor is mixed oil of oil and solvent. The solvent is separated from the mixed oil according to the vaporization temperature difference between solvent and oil, we currently use vacuum evaporation process, can reduce leakage of solvent, reduce solvent consumption. After separation of the solvent vapor is condensed back cooling recovery extractor used again, improve the efficiency of solvent. After the separated solvent vapor is condensed, cooled and recovery back to extractor for second use, which can improve the use efficiency.
Advantages of vacuum evaporation:
1, high evaporation efficiency of vacuum evaporation, desolventizing thorough, low solvent consumption of crude oil.
2, use secondary steam of steam evaporator and remaining steam of steam jet pump steam as a heat source of first steam evaporator, saving energy, while reducing the configuration area of condenser, saving investment.
3, due to the stripping temperature is low, the color of crude oil is light, good quality, low residual solvent.
