L.S.R specialized shut-off nozzle is special designed for liquid silicon rubber injection process, it’s integrated inside pneumatic & water circuit cooling system, which can prevent the vulcanization of LSR, and needle sealing inside front nozzle can effectively stop the leakage, which can save your material cost & shorten production time.

Mechanism

During storage period of injection unit process, the integrated pneumatic system will drive inside needle to seal the channel and prevent material from leakage, and open with machine signal to offer precise injection. Meanwhile the integrated water cooling system will guarantee the LSR running in proper temperature in case of vulcanization and block the nozzle.
