Stainless steel polishing machine - SB Machine
The scroth brite machine is used to process the plate with the water and oil, it need to adjust the position of the roller and the bottom roller to touch the plate with the suitable pressure and the line speed.
For the special plate, the usual size in thickness is 0.3-4.0 mm, in length is sheet could over 6000 mm, produced over the 1500 tons/ month.
The raw material of the plate, some surface is 2B or BA, but to process for the SB sanding pattern, we usually use the raw material to let No.4 sanding pattern to process.
