The hydraulic coiler and un-coiler

Our coiler and un-coiler is usual used for the coil to coil line, the machine could collect the paper before the buffing, and the coiler could support the coil more than 15 ton, the coil entry into the main machine by the intension table to get the coil into the machine.

The supporting machinery is the feeding trolley, and load-bearing roll enters the axis of the un-coiler.

The Hydraulic coiler machine collected the finished plate in the end of production line. The tension machine straps the plate into tightly, for the coiler to collect the plate without any little room which will change the sharp of the plate.

And the machine of the coiler from the raw to finish, it may process the sheet with the stable speed in the whole part, it increases to keep the plate not to be changed. For the first entry to the each part for the line, it needs to control by manually. The coiler to collect the head of the plate, the belt of the coiler will scratch the coil with the paper tomb and the paper cover the tomb with any room between the central of the coil.
