Introduction:

The instrument can display quantitative value for broken wires, corrosion, wear, loss of metallic cross-sectional area (LMA) of steel wire rope, then provides diagnostic report and solution. It can achieve fast diagnosis to save detecting time. Also, it has no influence on production and can detect inside damage of steel wire rope.

1. Detecting diameter range of steel wire rope: Φ1.5~300mm (Need to configure different sensors)

2. Relative speed of sensor and steel wire rope: 0.0~12.0m/s, best effect: 2.0m/s.

3. Error expected for detecting sensitivity and repeatability: ± 0.05%.

4. Allowable precision of detecting value: ± 0.2%.

5. Precision of detecting length value percentage: ± 0.3%.
