The microcomputer operation panel is the core of control. Operators can use it to accurately set many key parameters, such as the stroke and speed of the pneumatic up and down movement of the screen plate, the frequency and strength of the pneumatic left and right movement of the scraper, etc. In addition, the real-time working status of the machine can be seen on the panel, such as whether it is currently in the stage of the screen plate pressing down to prepare for scraping ink or the scraper is moving to scrape ink, etc. When a fault occurs, there will also be corresponding prompt information, which is convenient for the operator to adjust and repair in time, making the entire screen printing operation more intelligent and precise.

The screen moves up and down pneumatically, which can accurately control the distance between the screen and the printed product. When pressing down, the screen fits the printed product, which is convenient for subsequent scraping of ink so that the ink can pass through the pattern on the screen and leak onto the product; the scraper adopts pneumatic left and right movement, which has sufficient power and easy to adjust the speed and strength. It can evenly scrape the ink on the screen, so that the ink can be evenly transferred to different types of printing objects such as plastic products, three-dimensional products, and red wine boxes through the screen, ensuring that the printed pattern is clear and complete.

Linear guide control

Linear guides mainly guide and limit the moving parts such as screens and scrapers. It ensures that the screen moves up and down and the scraper moves left and right in strict accordance with the predetermined linear trajectory, avoiding deviation, shaking, etc., thereby improving the stability and accuracy of the screen printing process, so that the position and quality of the pattern printed each time can remain relatively consistent.
