1. The 2 Axis computerized spring coiling machine is divided into a camshaft and a feeding pool. The spacing, outside diameter and cutter are driven by the cam motor. The feeding line is controlled by a separate feeding motor.

2. The machine is equipped with Taiwan's computer control and Japan's imported Servo motor. It is convenient to use and operates very fast with high speed and precision.

3. The cam and feed line can be operated independently or in sync. The length of feed wire is unlimited and online programming is available.

4. The spring coiling machines can process a wide range of spring products. Few examples are various compression springs, oil seal springs, battery springs, conical springs, double conical springs, safety springs, magazine springs, torsion springs and so on.
