DMF-Z Right Angle Electromagnetic Pulse Valve Product introduction:
The valve is imported from abroad (also known as the diaphragm valve) is the compressed air "switch" of the pulse bag filter dust cleaning system is controlled by the output signal of the pulse injection controller, and the filter bag is cleaned by the row (chamber). Ash, so that the dust collector's resistance is maintained within the set range, in order to ensure that the dust collector processing capacity and vacuum efficiency.
DMF-Z Right Angle Electromagnetic Pulse Valve Features:
The DMF-Z electromagnetic pulse valve is a right-angle valve. The angle between the inlet and outlet is 90°. It is suitable for the mounting connection between the helium cylinder and the dust blower tube. The gas flow is unobstructed, and it can provide the turbulent gas flow that meets the requirements.
DMF-Z Right Angle Electromagnetic Pulse Valve working principle:
The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two air chambers, front and rear. When the compressed air is turned on, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure of the air chamber presses the diaphragm against the output of the valve. The pulse valve is in the "closed" state.
The electric signal of the pulse injection controller causes the electromagnetic pulse valve armature to move, the air chamber vent hole opens after the valve, the rear chamber quickly loses pressure, the diaphragm moves back, the compressed air is blown through the valve outlet, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is "opened" status.
