Definition

Electro-hydraulic push rod is a kind of hydraulic driving manipulator which integrates machine, electricity and fluid. It is practical for pushing and pulling straight lines (or twisting certain angles) to move, and it can also be used in situations where tasks need to be lifted, lowered or clamped. It can also realize the convergence or active mastery of long-distance damage areas. It has been widely used in metallurgy, mining, power, coal, machinery, transportation, food, chemical industry, cement, water conservancy, building materials, transportation and other parts, and is a general energy source.

 

Task Principle

Electro-hydraulic push rod is a new flexible transmission mechanism with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integration. It consists of actuator (cylinder), master mechanism (hydraulic control valve group) and energy source (oil pump motor ratio). The motor drives the bi-directional hydraulic pump by positive and negative rotation, and sends the pressure oil to the cylinder by hydraulic control valve, which also realizes the movement of the piston rod.
