The acrylic needle felt with PTFE membrane is made of acrylic fiber, purchased from toyo textile co., LTD., Japan,the fiber has excellent acid and alkali resistance and hydrolysis resistance, it can carry out efficient dust removal in dust collectors and industrial conditions with acid-alkali and humidity, and can be excellent to achieve less than 10mg/Nm3 dust emission concentration requirements .
