For Base Metal thermocouple, type k thermocouple is the most commonly used at all, including K,N,E,J,T types, can be assembly and sheath structures. The highest accuracy is ±1.5℃,and the highest using temperature is 1300℃(K,N);For T type, the highest accuracy is ±0.5℃,the highest using temperature is 350℃. The temperature is mainly applied for oxide environment, and widely measures kinds of industry production process which temperature below 1300℃.

About protection tube material

The protection tube material always be SUS304,when the using environment with chemical corrosion, should consider SUS316L tube;for strong corrosion environment,such as with H2SO4,HNO3,H2S,should consider Ta tube.

For oxide environment temperature above 900℃,always use 2520(310S),when higher than 1000℃,always consider GH3039,Inconel600 and 99% Al2O3 protection tube. When temperature up to 1200℃,just 99% Al2O3 tube have to be considered.

About Process connection

For non-sealing environment, the thermocouple can be without thread or flange. For sealing environment, have to with thread or flange. The process connection is depended on your device.

About wire connection device
