★ Principle:

A high voltage (High Electric Voltage, > 6000 V) is applied to a specially designed electrode, and an appropriate amount of air (CDA) is introduced as a reaction gas, and a high voltage discharge principle is used to generate a discharge phenomenon in the plasma mechanism. The introduced reaction gas can generate plasma in the discharge phenomenon, and carry out the plasma by the flow direction of the reaction gas. We can use this plasma to make related reactions.
