Application

It is used to coil the aluminium and aluminium alloy rod.

2．Composition

It is mainly composed of 4000mm pay-off stand, straightener, main machine for coiling, traversing stand and electric control system.

3．Main technical specifications

1）．Rod diameter          9.5mm~12mm

2）．Coiling diameter        540×1400×870mm（should  be choose by customer）

3）．Rotate speed for take up    V=2-3m/s

4）．Motor for take-up         Y180M-4, 18.5Kw(frequency control)

4．Components and Specifications

1）．4000 Pay-off stand

  The Pay-off stand is composed of welded bracket, protective cone and setting reeler. The bracket is welded by channel steel. The protective cone makes the rod upward and prevents it disordering. Shafting bearings are set on the two ends of the setting reeler which is flexible to turn and avoids scratch of the rod.

2）．Straightener

  The straightener is composed of flat idler, vertical rolls, movable press roller, bracket and platform. The aluminium rod is given certain precompression according to adjusting the movable press roller to realize the straightening of the rod.

3）Main machine for coiling and traversing

  They are composed of platform, transmission agent and rod coiler. The transmission agent which makes the rod coiler to turn by reducer is driven by an 18.5KW AC motor. The traversing lead screw is linked with main machine by chain pulley. The grip wheel is used to guide the aluminium rod to coil and realize to change directions to and fro by the structure of the lead screw.
