Base pipes and screen jackets, also termed as sand control well screens, which is used in the oil well, gas well and water wells. The base pipes screen jackets is constitute of API standard base pipes and the Johnson type well screens as the jackets wrapped outside of the base pipes.

Sand control screens is a new efficient technology of the mechanical sand control with excellent performance in practice by its high permeability, high strength, high deformation adaptive capacity, high reliability and good anti-corrosion property.

Wall thickness: 3mm - 10mm.
Outside diameter: 89mm - 2000mm.
Slot width: 0.5mm - 5mm.
Length: 12 meters.
Materials: Bridge slot screens usually use low carbon steel Q235, stainless steel 304,304L, 316L. To prolong its service life, galvanized screens are still supplied.
Bespoke sizes can be customized according to customers' requirements.

The base pipe is API standard perforated pipes, the jacket is water well screen, two layer pipes have more strong protect, can withstand high-pressure and high-temperature conditions;
