Features: Select polar nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) with excellent oil resistance, acrylonitrile unit content is 36% - 42%. The higher the content of acrylonitrile, the stronger the polarity, the lower the flexibility and elasticity of the molecular chain, and the higher the permanent deformation resistance and non-polar oil resistance. NNEP nylon polyester canvas is used in the built-in skeleton layer. According to the actual working conditions, the formula design is adjusted to meet the different requirements of customers and meet the customer's operating conditions. The formulation design of our company has good oil resistance, especially for petroleum oils. It is suitable for transporting oily materials or contacting various working oils. It has the advantages of low volume change rate, low strength change and wide application range.

Usage: Mainly used for pine, food and oily materials on the surface. Ordinary rubber has poor tolerance to various oils and organic solvents. When transporting oily materials, the product life is shortened due to the swelling and corrosiveness of oil rubber, the increase of surface colloid volume, the relaxation of structure and the decrease of physical and mechanical properties.
