A1 : Any quantity welcome, exact ones based on the order status ( our Tipsun brand & OEM ).

 

Q2 : what is your guarantee life for the battery ?

A2:  2 year after production date;

     2500 times cycle life.

 

Q3: What percent of capacity battery charged when shipment?

Q3: Normally 50% or so, because it will be safe when shipping.

 

Q4: How long can I store the battery ?

A4: We s est to discharge & recharge the battery every 3 months, it can keep battery full capacity & good function.

 

Q5: What certificates do u have ?

A5: We have CE, SGS (RoHs ) and so on.

 

Q6: Can u ship the battery product to our country ?

A6: Yes, for air & sea shipment, we have MSDS doc to show Airline company & Ocean company when shipment.

 

Q7: what is your Shipping way ?

A7:  We s est sample & small order to be shipped to destination through our shipper partner who has excellent UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT service.

Big order to be shipped by sea .

 

Q8: what is your lead time ?

A8: 3-7 working days for samples, 10-20 working days for order production.
