UNIQUE BBHWRs LICENSING MANUFACTURING BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY

Misal Technologies Pty. Ltd. (Misal) has been manufacturing the BBHWRs unique water transfer technology in Australia for the last 33 years. Our predecessors Messrs. John Danks and Son Pty. Ltd. have manufactured the BBHWRs for 131 years. In total the BBHWRs have been manufactured in Australia for 164 years, making them one of the oldest Water Rams in the World, and still being manufactured today. Apart from Australia, Misal has over the years established new markets in the Pacific Rim Countries (PNG, Solomon Islands, Philippines, Indonesia etc.) as well as Fiji, Vanuatu, New Caledonia and NZ. We require now to increase the BBHWRs exposure and applications to other selected BBHWRs potential global markets.  

At the same time Misal Technologies Pty. Ltd. is currently seeking to increase the current BBHWRs exposure to the Asian and Global markets by additional appointments of BBHWRs Licensees. The prerequisites for such appointment are:
•  Established Company with its own Pumps manufacturing history, suitable manufacturing facility in place, including already developed domestic and international marketing networks
•  Availability of its own experienced engineering personnel for undertaking manufacturing and marketing of the BBHWRs in a pre-agreed global locations and regions
•  It is our preference that the Licensee will be initially targeting the Asian market to establish its BBHWRs presence there
•  The Licensee appointment will be undertaken on completion of a due diligence of the Licensee Applicant Company, which will also include demonstration of the potential Licensee’s Company financial capabilities and worthiness  

Initial BBHWRs Licensee appointment agreement will relate to the Chinese / Asian markets, however Options are available for marketing of the BBHWRs in other global locations, where the Company has already established its own direct marketing network or via an existing appointed own Distributors network.
