Special smelting methods are used to reduce the content of phosphorus so that SA387 has high brittleness resistance and good impact toughness at low temperature.

The SA387 material is suitable for refining and gas treatment in high temperature hydrogenation reaction and conversion equipment. The maximum thickness of the steel plate is up to 250mm. According to different thickness and impact requirements, the heat treatment of SA387 steel plate is normalizing and tempering or normalizing and rapid cooling and tempering.
