Production process of light brick production line:

 

01. Raw material storage and treatment

 

Through reasonable planning of raw material storage area and improving raw material handling methods, our company avoids such problems as dust, noise and solid waste, so as to create a comfortable working environment for workers.

 

02. Measuring burden pouring

 

Slurry, cementing material, gypsum and aluminium powder are measured by corresponding automatic weighing, and then stirred at high speed in the mixer. After pouring into the mold box, air bubble combing is carried out. The whole system is controlled automatically by PLC to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the operation.

 

03. Stop and cut

 

Smooth static-stop control mode can prevent the damage to the internal structure during the process of bloating and expansion of the green body. In the six-sided cutting scheme provided by our company, the efficient and smooth cutting machine and the scrap removal overturning device are the core equipment.

 

04. Autoclaving and finished product treatment

 

Strength and properties of bricks are obtained by autoclave. The product after leaving the kettle can not only improve the qualified rate of the product, but also solve the problem of simultaneous separation of block and plate through our company's break-off packing system.
